Since 2002, Eastern Marine Services has provided in-water hull cleaning and general repair services to the recreational, commercial and military (US Coast Guard) boating industries.

Eastern Marine Services Inc is a fully insured commercial diving company and as such carries Marina Operators, General Liability, USL&H, and Workers Compensation insurance. This ensures you are covered in the unlikely event a liability issue should occur.

We employ and sub-contract only certified divers with boating industry knowledge to ensure that all work is completed to your satisfaction. All of our divers are certified.

We are proud to be members of the Marine Trades Association of Baltimore County (MTABC) and we adhere to all Maryland Clean Marina Initiative Protocols for Divers.

We offer a variety of service plans and are always happy to customize a service plan that makes sense for your boating situation. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly contracts are available as well as lifetime service plans to cover either a particular boat or even an owned or rented pier or slip.
