Eastern Marine Services, Inc. has licensed USCG Captains on staff to assist you with your basic vessel needs.  Whether its moving your vessel to another location, providing some training and guidance for you and your crew, or if you simply have some questions, we are here to help.  Our Captains also carry towing endorsements should you ever find your vessel in a bind.
