Dive Plans: Reviewed daily with the entire crew prior to water entry.
Equipment Inspection: All gear is inspected daily by the Supervisor.
Dive Logs: Documenting all times, decompression schedules, and depths daily.
Daily Time Sheets: Submitted to office at end of each shift for tracking.
Site Management
Hazard Communication: Full program maintained on-site by Supervisor.
MSDS Compliance: Sheets maintained for every substance present on site.
Weekly Safety Meetings: Mandatory crew meetings held on-site.
Monthly Checklists: Safety audits completed at job start and monthly thereafter.
